Breaking the Cycle of Trauma and Homelessness: A Story of Strength and Resilience

Recently, we had the privilege of supporting a courageous woman and her children as they navigated the overwhelming challenges of homelessness, abuse, and the ripple effects of trauma.
This woman had endured a 30-year history of abuse from two former partners, leaving her with limited decision-making skills and feelings of powerlessness. Her two youngest children, an 11-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son, were also profoundly affected.
